“Qualidade”

“I wasn't a guest at the hotel but I thought it might be helpful for the owner and staff to see this review. I was stuck on rechov yafo late Saturday night (Aug 20 sometime after 10 pm) and desperately needed to use the restroom. Some restaurants were closed and others that I tried wouldn't let. I figured a hotel lobby would be accomadating in this emergency situation. I walked in and headed towards the restroom, I thought I heard the desk clerk yell at me so I turned around and saw he was quite upset. I asked him if I could use the restroom he said no and asked me to leave and threatened to call security. I took out my phone to scan the QR code to leave a review and he tried to snag it (the paper) from me. I did that to show my intention to leave a bad review. In anycase in 2022 people should perhaps be more accomadating for a basic human need of using the restroom, especially an establishment that works in hospitality. For the record I was wearing a typical Shabbat garb of an Orthodox person but I don't think I looked suspicious or looked like the "rifraf". He also could probably tell that I spoke English, exactly the demographic they lost likely serve. I recognize fully that I wasn't a registered guest however imagine the review I would have left if he allowed me to use the restroom.”
