Excelente hotel , muito bem localizado. Pertinho do fervilhante centro da cidade, da Ben Yeudah, Jaffo Street e a uma curta caminhada da cidade velha. Quartos pequenos, mas muito confortáveis e um legítimo café da manhã israelense que vale por 4 refeições.

Hotel"padrão Ibis" (algumas pessoas não gostam...). Simples, limpo, prático. Diária "tabela balcão" muito cara (+/- R$ 900). Local central, com bares e restaurantes bem próximos. A rua tem acesso de carros restrito (uma espécie de calçadão).

Quarto e banheiro pequenos porem limpos. Comidas medianas e não repõe o prato mesmo solicitado. Atendimento pessoal ruim. Ninguém faz questão de ser simpático nem mostra cordialidade. A rua é estreita. O ônibus do grupo teve que parar 2 quarteirões antes do hotel. Imagine num dia de chuva...

The rooms are decent and clean. The service is pretty great, the staff has been extremely helpful and do whatever they can to help. The location is what's most awesome for the price of the place at where its located at, I think its a great bargain!

I wasn't a guest at the hotel but I thought it might be helpful for the owner and staff to see this review. I was stuck on rechov yafo late Saturday night (Aug 20 sometime after 10 pm) and desperately needed to use the restroom. Some restaurants were closed and others that I tried wouldn't let. I figured a hotel lobby would be accomadating in this emergency situation. I walked in and headed towards the restroom, I thought I heard the desk clerk yell at me so I turned around and saw he was quite upset. I asked him if I could use the restroom he said no and asked me to leave and threatened to call security. I took out my phone to scan the QR code to leave a review and he tried to snag it (the paper) from me. I did that to show my intention to leave a bad review. In anycase in 2022 people should perhaps be more accomadating for a basic human need of using the restroom, especially an establishment that works in hospitality. For the record I was wearing a typical Shabbat garb of an Orthodox person but I don't think I looked suspicious or looked like the "rifraf". He also could probably tell that I spoke English, exactly the demographic they lost likely serve. I recognize fully that I wasn't a registered guest however imagine the review I would have left if he allowed me to use the restroom.

Great breakfast. Clean hotel. Minimalist and fair fir traveling in Jerusalem. Right near kikar tzion satisfied our basic needs with a clean environment and good clean fresh food price is not bad at all . Parking is an issue so we parked at a nearby 5 minute walk at the shamai 10 parking lot a 7 underground floors parking.

Excellent or shall I say perfect location if you are visiting Jerusalem! Friendly staff and willing to help. Very nice and clean rooms. Beautiful red colors all over!

Terrible experience: - we actually booked the (more expensive) Ibis Styles hotel in Jerusalem, but we were told to go the the regulator Ibis hotel. - the toilet was leaking, making the bathroom all wet continuously. - we were on level 7, right under level 8 where events regularly happen. When calling the reception to inform them about exceptionally loud music, they did nothing. - low hygiene in the rooms.

For a 3-star hotel, it is 3 stars. I've been to many 3-star hotels and many of them deserved 5 stars for cleanliness, proper facilities, and more. The same can't be said for this hotel. The water smelled of sulfur, the sink drainage was very clogged, the shower smelled like old suflur and mold, and the rooms smaller than you can imagine. There were positives though. The location is central and great, and the concierge was friendly (to a point). They would speak calmly and with a friendly tone, but aside from that, not much else. My personal experience with staff at this hotel: They'll see you struggle with many bags and suitcases trying to get in/out the elevator or front door and will simply watch as you struggle. Not even half an attempt to help or hold the door open, nothing. Try it out yourself. Come in with heavy suitcases and see if they'll hold the door open for you as you struggle to keep it open. They'll lock eyes with you and not move. Do I recommend this hotel? Yes, if you have no bags and don't mind a tiny room and stinky bathroom. Overall, the basics are covered and is ok for the price, especially for the location. No, if you enjoy normal civility and normal smelling water.

The room was not large (it was small by US standards) but it had everything we needed and was clean and modern. The location is great. The restaurant was great and the staff was lovely. Johnny and Hakkim made us feel like family - one can definitely tell when they aren’t on duty. Thank you, we hope to see you again!

Las habitaciones son acogedoras, almohada muy cómoda y colchón aceptable. El hotel no ofrece champú ni acondicionador, solamente jabón de manos y gel de ducha. Nada sobresaliente salvo la ubicación.

Estuvimos alojados en Hotel ibis en el viaje a Jerusalen.Estuvimos muy bien atendidos y fueron muy amables. Nos dejemos por descuido el bolso en el comedor contodo : documentación, DNI, pasaporte. Pero lo recupere intacto guardandomelo en recepción. Muy buen trato.

Habitaciones comodas, poco closet. Bufet excelente. Lo unico es que los autobuses no pueden llegar al frente del hotel y te dejan a varias cuadras del lugar. Llovio un poco y nos mojamos aun con capas y sombrillas. Deben tener troleys para llevar a los turistas. Por lo demas queda cerca de las calles principales como la Yehuda donde se realizan buenas compras. Lo recomiendo.

El trato por parte del personal de recepciónpodría mejorar en amabilidad y colaboración.Las habitaciones son pequeñas. El baño lo mejor Todo muy limpio. Desayuno de Buffet abundante y variado. El importe de la habitación nos lo cargaron en la tarjeta de una forma un poco rara, primero tres noches y el día antes de irnos lo que quedaba lo cargaron en cuatro pagos. La contraseña del wifi nos la dieron para 3 días cuando íbamos a estar 5. Cuando ya no podíamos acceder tuvimos que bajar a recepción a pedir la nueva contraseña y el recepcionista nos la dio de muy mala gana. Lo dicho, mejorable en muchas cosas. Eso si, fantástica ubicación para visitar la Ciudad Vieja.

Yo diria que la quinta estrella es su ubicación,en pleno centro peatonal de Jerusalen desde donde llegas a pie a los mejores lugares de la movida que quieras. Estas a 4 cuadra de la puerta nueva para aquellosque deseen visitar el Santo Sepulcro y a otras pocas de Yaffoy el centro comerciañl a cielo abierto A pesar de lo pequeño en los espacios comunes,las habitacionescomodas y amplias
