Excelente hotel adequado para famílias em uma localização ideal. Apreciei particularmente o atendimento impecável, os quartos espaçosos e os jogos montados no lobby para as crianças. Perto está um pequeno shopping center com opções de comida/bebida e também a parada de bonde. Recomendo quando você viaja com muitos humanos minúsculos!

Se Hospedaram no hotel para 2 noites no início agosto. Funcionários super simpáticos e quartos muito agradáveis. Estacionamento no local é possível por um preço razoável.Pedia uma bebida de vez em quando no terraço do hotel: sempre ganhava uma tigela de batatas fritas com isso. Um belo adicional.Se eu tivesse que mencionar um ponto de melhoria, seria as camas. Meu namorado e eu tivemos dores nas costas depois de dormir enquanto estávamos na casa dos vinte. Acho que um travesseiro mais grosso ou um colchão diferente podem fazer maravilhas.Se alguma vez formos ao Luxemburgo novamente, definitivamente reservaremos aqui!

Outstanding hotel well suited to families in an ideal location. I particularly appreciated the impeccable customer service, spacious rooms and games set up in the lobby for the children. Nearby is a small shopping mall with food/drink options and also the tram stop. Highly recommend when you travel with many tiny humans!

Excellent place to stay. The rooms are clean, service is great, the concierge team is quick to respond. The gym is small though without air conditioning. Great breakfast including some lactose free and gluten free options.

We arrived in time for our meeting but when we finally find the entrance to the hotel it was over half an hour. From the main road you can see the hotel but getting there was confusing. To open our room door was a struggle, three times we had to go to reception and finally a staff member told us, pull up then down to open,was not told that at the beginning.

Really loved the stay. Rooms are very comfortable and neat. Everything has been aesthetically placed. The breakfast service was also good, being vegan I did get soy/oat milk options, beans, toasties etc . There is good connectivity to the centre in hardly 2min walk. The staff is very helpful too.

Nice location, comfortable stay. Brownie points for the ever-so-helpful staff, who were always ready with sightseeing tips and info. The goodies for the kids were very thoughtful too! The hotel is quite close to the tram stops which made getting to and exploring the city center quite trouble-free.

Good location and helpful staff. But overall for the high price range it is not as good as one would expect in terms of comfort & facilities. WiFi is pretty slow in the room. Breakfast could have been better (in terms of quality and variety). Rooms are enough spacious with a refrigerator and oven readily available. Parking also available on site which has free electric charging facility. Area is Excellent with tram available at doorstep.

Fui con mis dos hijos y mi marido, tomamos un cuarto familiar y me pareció suficiente no faltaba nada. Pequeño pero acogedor. Muy céntrico, al lado de la estación de tranví. Perfecto para ir de turista.

Hotel de decoración moderna que dispone de habitaciones tipo suites. Cada habiatacuon dispone de una pequeña cocina con microondas. El baño es muy amplio con bañera y ducha, y aseo independiente. Las camas bastante cómodas, no así las almohadas, que son tipo cojín y nada confortables. Mejorable el mantenimiento y la limpieza ( la moqueta está bastante sucios y llena de marcas ). El personal amable y correcto. Con respecto a la cafetería, si no desayunas si buffete, los cafés son carísimos, 4 euros por uno pequeño.

Lo encontramos casi por casualidad porque teníamos otra reserva en el 'Hotel' Novotel y No en el Novotel Suites, y con dos niñas no sólo nos resultaba más barato sino que la suite era más grande y estamos los 4 muy cómodos (tiene una hab. Con cama doble que da al baño con bañera y ducha aparte y separado por una cortina un pequeño salón con mesa y un sofá en 'L' que se pueden hacer dos camas para las niñas..... Y el toilette separado que da a ese lado de la suite). El Tram está à menos de 100 metros y el autobús al centro a escasos 5 min. andando. El desayuno es super completo y de calidad (combine mucho más incluirlo cuando se hace la reserva de la habitación, ya que sino cuesta 18€). Muy recomendable y el personal muy amable. Recomendado 100%, sobre todo con niños. (el hotel Novotel está literalmente al lado)
