Bom hotel, tivemos alguns problemas com o quarto que não foram resolvidos, do mais é um bom hotel. Café da manhã muito caro e não incluso na diária.

Hotel muito bem localizado, funcionários super solícitos, quarto grande e muito confortável. Porém realmente o ar condicionado do quarto estava com problema. Não chegamos a reclamar, pois como estava um clima agradável acabamos não usando.

Great stay. Rooms, Service, and location. We were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants. The only warning is that the bicyclists which have the right of way and their own roadways separate from automobiles that you have to watch.

One of the worst hotels in the NH chain. Starting from rude service to old rooms. The prices do not match what you get at all. The manager (Seimon) and the staff are rude and the rooms are terrible and outdated. The hotel is in dire need of renovation with buckets on the ground because the ceiling is leaking from the rain. Rooms are small and with an old water kettle and no proper toiletries or anything. My advice: STAY AWAY !!!

Ótimo hotel 'executive class'. Quarto bom, limpo e plenamente funcional. Atendimento profissional e atencioso. Localização perfeita, próximo das atrações e interesses (e longe de pontos ruidosos). Acesso rápido a mercados, restaurantes, tramlines, quarteirão dos museus, etc. Gostamos muito deste hotel - ótimo custo x benefício!

Terrible customer service- very rude staff Rooms are bare and the walls are thin. We could hear a man snoring next to us Overpriced- I recommended staying at the hotels next door. Better rooms and cheaper. We cancelled NH after a night and stayed at Nova Hotel which was a way better experience

Péssimo! O sistema do ar condicionado não funcionava quando chegamos no sábado à noite, e não havia ninguém - conforme o serviço da recepção - para atender. Mudaram de quarto no dia seguinte e ao reclamar que a temperatura no quarto estava a 25o C , informaram novamente que não havia ninguém para regular e que o hotel todo estava com esse problema! Mudei-me nesse domingo as 22:00h para o vizinho Marriott, muito bom por sinal ! Quase estragaram minha visita a linda cidade!

Compramos a hospedagem através da Expedia. Não é barato! Compramos um quarto sem vista, mas quando chegamos no quarto eram camas de solteiro e pedimos para o hotel trocar de quarto. O outro quarto não funcionava tudo que precisávamos e pedimos para trocar novamente. Até que o hotel nos colocou em um quarto com vista para a praça. Este incoveniente ocorreu e o hotel no dia seguinte nos deixou um agrado é um pedido de desculpas (2 cervejas e uma bolachinha tradicional da cidade). A vista era linda!!! No check out o hotel cobra uma taxa por dia... o que ficou muito caro também!! Compramos a hospedagem com café da manhã e super vale a pena!! O café é maravilhoso com opções de tudo que pode imaginar (panquecas, wafle, ovos mexidos , ovos, bacon, saladas, diversos tipos de queijos e presuntos, croissant e bolos). Super recomendo o café da manhã!!!!

We got stranded in Amsterdam due to a covid outbreak on the ferry we were meant to take. We were moving to the UK and taking our 3 cats with us so we needed to find a place to stay with them. We got in here and they accepted our kitties and were amazing with service and hospitality. Great breakfast as well!

Es un hotel bastante viejo, muy grande y bastante retirado del centro de amsterdam. Está sobre el extremo opuesto de la estación central saliendo del casco de la ciudad.Es un hotel que para pasar la noche está bien, pero no lo elegiría si fuera a estar más tiempo que solo al momento de dormir.He venido a dejar cosas al hotel a eso de las 4pm pasadas y he encontrado la habitación sin arreglar los 3 días. Al fin de cuentas si la terminan haciendo pero bueno bastante tarde la verdad.

El hotel está muy bien situado, equidistante de la plaza Rembrandt y el museo de Van Gogh. En plena centro comercial de Amsterdam. El personal es muy amable, tiene un buen buffet y un bar para tomar una copa o una cena rápida. Eso sí, necesita una reforma porque está un poco deteriorado en algunas cosas. Un detalle que nos ha llamado la atención es la falta de enchufes en los baños.

Great location but rooms are dated. We paid about €100 per night and o wouldn’t pay more. The room was hot (a terrible feature of NH hotels) bt it rained all weekend so it was bearable.

Terrible hotel. We had reservations at the Museum Center hotel, which was closed at our arrival. After pounding on the door, a woman answered and said we'd been moved to the Center Hotel. We'd never received any notice that we had been moved. By then, the taxi had departed and we couldn't flag down another. We wound up lugging our suitcases through unfamiliar cobble stone streets about a kilometer to the new hotel. No compensation (even a free breakfast) was offered for our inconvenience. After checking in, we found that the air conditioner was malfunctioning. The desk clerk assured us it would be cool by evening after our day of touring. It did seem a bit cooler at bedtime but the room temperature never dropped below 80 F. Housekeeping never came to straighten up our room during our stay and to top things off, the temperature handle on the shower fell off and we wound up taking cold showers on the last morning. After all this, we were offered 25 percent off our next stay. Fat chance! We'll never stay at this hotel chain again.

Great hotel for a weekend in Amsterdam. Excellent location, very close to the museumplein, and two trams to central station stop practically in front of the door. The standard rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! The staff was also friendly and helpful. Really nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Atención estupenda con personal que habla español incluso. Habitación muy amplia. Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza de los museos y con tranvía casi en la puerta para llegar a la estación central si no quieres ir andando. Muy buena opción para repetir.

Intentamos escoger la habitación un total de 13 veces y el sistema nunca funcionó. Nos dieron una habitación cuya decoración se notaba que era muy antigua y las vistas eran unas obras. He estado en algunos NH y este no está a la altura. La ropa de cama rota, el suelo lleno de picotazos, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el termostato estaba roto. Si las aplicaciones no funcionan, que las quiten. Salimos muy descontentos con el hotel. Dispongo de material fotográfico para corraborar lo que he escrito.
