“0 out of 5! Bugs, bugs, bugs!!! And poor costumer service! Please DO NOT stay in this hotel! I was recently there (room 422), and it was a horrible experience! Upon arrival we found that our bathroom trash can had some yellow liquid, either beer or urine. Disgusting! So we requested a new one. Then we found some hair on one of the towels, and on our last day (we stayed there 4 nights) I woke up with big, bright red, swollen bites! At first I didn't say anything to the hotel management because I thought they were normal mosquito bites, but after realizing they were not mosquitoes, I immediately called them and complained about the cleanliness of their rooms. I believe the assistant manager was who answered the phone, and she only asked for my name, reservation dates, phone number, and told me that I was going to get a call back after their "pest control doing an investigation." So far no call back from them. I'm guessing their investigation still going on. But to conclude, my doctor told me that I was bit by fleas or mites due to the bite location. However, I don't doubt they have bed bugs as well. Please be aware and don't take your family there! I took my two toddlers with me and I regret it! I'm glad I was the one who got bit and not them. I DO NOT recommend this place and I will never go back, especially after being ignored and never getting a call back.”

“This was one of the better hotels I have stayed at. The beds were really very comfortable. And the noise level wasn't bad considering I was in LA near Disneyland. I don't usually sleep well in hotels and I don't know if it was just exhaustion from walking around Disneyland all day or what but I slept really good here. The only negative was that our TVs were real glitch in the picture (not that big of a deal, never asked anyone to fix it either, if I would have I'm sure they would of) great customer service too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place.”
