“El hotel es bonito, cuidado, la ubicación excelente y el desayuno muy bueno, pero el personal es nefasto. Llegué con una reserva a través de una web completamente legal, con confirmación por su parte, pero cuando vieron lo que había pagado no les debió parecer bien porque intentaron hacerme creer que esa página era una estafa y que mi reserva no valía, que tenía que pagar el triple por las noches que ya había reservado y pagado o no me podía quedar en el hotel. Tuve que pagar la primera noche para quedarme pese a tener la reserva confirmada y pagada por la web. Por suerte, el servicio de atención al cliente de la web que contraté, Amoma, fue espectacular, no me dejaron ni un momento llamando al hotel y al proveedor hasta que el hotel tuvo que admitir que mi reserva era correcta y tragarse sus palabras. En fin, intentaron estafarme ellos a mi. Y cuando nos fuimos ni una disculpa ni nada, como si no hubiera pasado nada! Una vergüenza de personal para un hotel de estas características en París.”

“I was hoping this hotel would provide a perfect stay. The hotel is clean, the majority of staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are tastefully decorated and the breakfast contains a nice verity. But it falls short in many ways. On one night the fire alarm went off after 23:00pm, we understand that this can’t be helped but after standing in the cold for sometime we were told to go back inside. No explanation / reassurance provided.When we returned to the room and attempted to take a shower there was no hot water.After returning from a day out the tea not restocked and we had to ask for more.During our stay it was my boyfriends birthday, which I made hotel staff aware of, but unfortunately the hotel did not make any effort to make him feel special, as other hotels would doWe called reception to enquire about getting some wine. The response was that they will get back to us as they’re dealing with another customer, completely lacking professionalism. And of course no one ever did get back to us.Lastly, booking a spa treatment is a huge challenge. They assume a circumstance and reject you instead of clarifying their knowledge, which is off putting. You are responded to by a different staff member after each email and they each send you the same automated list of questions 2 - 3 times before finally making your booking. That being said the spa itself is clean, the masseuses are professional and well training and the massages are relaxing.”
