The staffs were really nice and helpful. If you like to drink and chill, don’t forget to check out their bar. The room was clean and comfortable. Plus, they also have the best breakfast which is available from 7-10am. I will definitely go back to this hotel more often. It was a great experience!”

One star for location - it's convenient for exploring the museums and monuments, a lot of restaurants around too. One star for the staff - welcoming and attentive. One star for grand foyer - especially nice on gloomy days.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a resort. This website will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't regret it.
We loved our stay in this hotel! Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff and fantastic location. We were able to walk to almost all the places we wanted to see and there are lots of amazing restaurants within a minute or two of the restaurant. Overall a wonderful experience!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Washington! No issues with the room, great location close restaurants, two metro stations, and easily walkable to all the museums and monuments! The service is what makes this hotel so great though! Sam helped us when we checked in and she was so friendly and nice!! She answered all our questions! At the end of the stay, Connie was also super awesome and remade my key to make sure it would work until 2pm for checkout. Thanks Sam and Connie for being so amazing! Highly recommend staying here!

It began wonderfully, walking into the lobby the brilliance is apparent of the design, spacious, conference hotel. Sam at front desk was wonderful. Location of hotel unrivaled. Wonderful view of lobby from bedroom.. And all was well until I noticed upon turning in the top sheet on one of the beds had a stain..after linens were changed the next morning the floor wasn't vacuumed...spotty cleaning was obvious. And the kicker, another stain on top sheet that I was just going to toss off instead of stressing, tossed off and found two drops of blood red (really red not old and washed) stain on the second sheet at the point housekeeping manager came and was "apologetic." We left. Returned. New linens. You'd think running a vacuum through the room after all of this would be..but no. Just linens. Maybe understaffed? I dont know but it really wasn't acceptable or lend to a peaceful hotel experience which we expect from Hyatt. The third star is solely for attractiveness of the lobby
