Em conexão com o Covid e restrições, tivemos que adiar nossa viagem em duas ocasiões. O alojamento ligou e foi incrivelmente desagradável e disse que não deveria ser possível alterar as datas. No final, optamos por ignorar a estadia no hotel, preferimos jogar SEK 6.000 no lago e reservar um hotel novo do que visitar um hotel com um atendimento ao cliente tão ruim.

Um ótimo hotel se você quiser ficar longe da agitação de Londres e perto da estação de metrô - a equipe da recepção foi excelente e prestativa durante toda a nossa estadia - o quarto (111) estava na frente e um pouco barulhento, no entanto, você está fora de uma estrada movimentada em W London, portanto, a mitigação é aceita - alguns ótimos pequenos restaurantes à sua porta e revisarão depois disso. Estacionamento era um pouco apertado devido ao pavimento sendo classificado na frente do hotel - no entanto, isso não impede um lugar agradável para ficar. Recomendaria.

A great hotel if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of London and close to the tube station - the reception staff were excellent and helpful throughout our stay - the room (111) was at the front and a little noisy, however, you are off a busy road in W London, therefore, mitigation is accepted - some great little restaurants on their door-step and will review after this. Parking was a little tight due to the pavement being sorted at the front of the hotel - however, this did not detract from a nice place to stay. Would recommend.

I know this is a Best Western. I amended my expectations accordingly. I can forgive the broken night lamp and the old and stale continental breakfast. However, I cannot forgive the atrocious sounds on the morning of New Year's Day that began around 8:15 and continued for almost a full hour. It sounded like someone had put a turned on vacuum machine into a tumble-dryer. Maybe the cleaning staff hate their job and were adamant to make life as miserable for the rest of us? I do not know. It was insufferable and provided for a great start to 2022 after two grueling years in isolation. The clank and crash of large electrical appliances being viciously smashed against every corner in existence is what was truly missing in my life and the reason I was in London in the first place. I went outside specifically to check the hallway still had walls, as the repetitive loud crashing noises raised some concern to the matter.

Classificação 3,5 estrelas (tentei fazer meia estrela e falhou eek), funcionários educados e não tivemos problemas. Bom lobby do hotel, os assentos precisam de uma atualização. Excelentes ligações de transporte comboio / metro, verifique se está a conduzir em relação ao estacionamento! Nosso quarto era muito bom, recomendo que você atualize seu quarto! Como COVID restrições café da manhã na caixa estava disponível, mas a equipe afirmou que poderíamos comer em seu restaurante (mesma bolha). No entanto, este hotel está rodeado por belos cafés e restaurantes. Sainsbury's, Tesco's e uma loja de frangos do outro lado da estrada. Então você não vai morrer de fome no domingo, nós tropeçamos em um mercado de queijo a 5 minutos a pé de lá também!

Rating 3.5 stars (tried to do half a star and failed eek), staff polite and we had no issues.Hotel lobby fine, seating needs an update.Really good transport links Train/Underground, check if you’re driving regarding parking! Our room was really nice, recommend that you upgrade your room! As COVID restrictions breakfast in box was available but staff did state we could eat in their restaurant (same bubble).However this hotel is surrounded by beautiful cafes, restaurants.Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s and a chicken shop across the road.So you won’t starve on the Sunday we stumbled across a cheese market 5 minutes walk from there too!

O Chiswick Best Western Palace é um hotel fantástico. O exterior é elegante e convidativo. O quarto estava impecável e bem cuidado. Tudo funcionou sem problemas. A equipe foi útil e sempre alegre e amigável. Peça por Soren de volta, ele o levará onde você precisa estar. Recomendo vivamente este hotel.

Everything is great and the reception staff is friendly. However, the noise was quite bad when I stayed. A fire alarm awakened me in the middle of the night, and at 6am Saturday morning staff bumped into my door a few times and made other noises. The building's sound-proofing could use improvement, as exterior noises like cars and chatter can be heard at least from the rooms facing the street, could also hear the people right above me. Overall couldn't get a good night's sleep from all these noises.

The Chiswick Best Western Palace is a fantastic hotel. The exterior is elegant and inviting. The room was spotless and looked well looked after. Everything worked without any problem. The staff was helpful and always cheerful and friendly. Ask for Soren Back, he will get you where you need to be. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights. Nice rooms and reasonably comfy beds. Not brilliantly clean in some areas of the rooms. Staff on site were lovely. Reception staff excellent especially Soren! Bed and breakfast included hot drinks, yoghurt, cereals. Additional hot breakfast available for extra money at £7 each.

The breakfast photos are inaccurate and misleading. Management attitude needs attention. -The photos of the Breakfast is completely misleading as this is no longer offered. If you book B&B now you get a paper bag containing Cornflakes in a pot (no milk), a banana, a Croissant, a Muffin and a few other bits. Not good. -Management customer services needs attention. We were booked for 3 nights and requested a refund for the 4 breakfast we decided not to take as they were so poor (they cost £6.95 per breakfast). Initially they refused any refund, and said if we didn't like it then speak to Best Western! We did, and BW customer services (who were very helpful) ended up arguing our case with the manager who then offered a random £2.25 credit per breakfast. Apparently when queried by BW he increased to a 50% credit (£3.34 per breakfast) as a "favour". Adding insult to injury we didn't get the agreed refund on checking out without another round of debate with the manager. We didn't actually care about the money at this stage and it was just a point of principle. Frankly I've had better experiences with second hand car dealers. -There is parking at £10/night if you get there early. Not supposed to be bookable but there were cones with names on everywhere. Presumably for the management's chums. -Room was clean, although Tea/Coffee not replenished, and the AirCon dripped all night. If you want a proper breakfast and a better customer service I suggest you book one of the two Premier Inns which are close by.

Ambiente confortável e acolhedor. Os quartos têm ar-condicionado e, especialmente, aqueles voltados para os pátios internos são muito tranquilos. Possibilidade de utilização gratuita de bebidas quentes a qualquer momento (café, chá cappuccino, mocaccino e muito mais ..) O preço era surpreendentemente baixo!

Hotel encantador e acolhedor, funcionários simpáticos. Quartos e suítes bem equipados. Excelente localização, passeios fluviais nas proximidades, cerca de 35 minutos de metro para Londres. Nas atuais circunstâncias, o café da manhã é continental para levar e muito generoso. Ficava aqui com frequência, ideal para acesso à cidade, e Chiswick é um lugar adorável com bons restaurantes.

Quarto ad hoc limpo e higienizado, confortável e com tudo o que você precisa (até TV). Casa de banho privativa com duche, utensílios para café e chá, pessoal discreto. Conveniente para transportes públicos (ambos os autocarros cuja paragem para o centro está imediatamente à frente, atravessando a estrada e para o metro a 5/600 m.). Excelente qualidade pelo preço pago.

Lovely welcoming hotel, friendly staff. Well appointed rooms and en-suites. Great location, river walks nearby, approx 35 minutes by tube into London. In current circumstances, breakfast is grab-and-go continental style and very generous. Stayed here often, ideal for city access, and Chiswick is a lovely place with good restaurants.

Very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. My only criticism is that there should be a mini fridge in each room. Outside of that, I cannot fault the place 😎

Nice place, could have been cleaner. They corrected the issue once they were highlighted. Night porter has poor customer service.

Very good hotel in a great location, the only downside to my offering is that the bed and pillows were rock hard. Uncomfortable, had to put the spare bed duvet on top just to try and get a better sleep. If they had premier Inn mattresses then they would have full marks. So great location, very clean, got a fab price oh one more downside was WiFi..... couldn't do anything with it, very very limited.

Habitación pequeña,colchón un poco blando, ducha estrecha...No se parecía a las fotos. Compensa coger el desayuno.

Mi habitación para mí suficiente al viajar sola, pero la bombilla de la lámpara de mesita estaba fundida y sin cambiar. La señal de internet no llegaba a la habitación puesto que está en un sobresuelo y el remate final el wifi que no tenía acceso a internet, seguro que había qué pagarlo. El hotel es muy normalito.

El hotel está muy bien. Habitaciones grandes, bien acomodadas, limpias y con lo necesario. Personal agradable. La zona es una zona residencial muy segura y con muchos sitios típicos para comer. Se puede pasear incluso por la noche sin problema. Dos paradas de metro muy cerca. Merece la pena aunque esté un poco más alejado del centro porque en el centro es más caro y ofrecen la mitad de comodidades y habitaciones mucho más pequeñas.

La experiencia nñen este hotel no fue mala del todo. El hotel estaba en un barrio tranquilo, rodeado de restaurantes y con varias paradas de metro cerca. Lo que más desilusionó del hotel fue el ruido procedente del exterior (Se escuchaban los trenes), lo mal que funcionó en mi habitación el aire acondicionado y la mala insonorizacion del hotel (Hotel de madera donde se escuchaban las pisadas de la habitación de arriba). Por darle un punto positivo a la reseña tengo que reconocer que la habitación estaba muy limpia, reformada (Baño nuevo) y contaba con todo lo necesario para que hubiera sido un lugar muy cómodo para pasar unos días si fuera por lo expuesto anteriormente. Repetiría?? No lo se .. quizás ...

Muy lindo hotel. Buena atención y en una zona muy tranquila y linda en las afueras de Londres.

La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro pero a una distancia cómoda para estar tranquilo. La habitación es grande, muchos enchufes e incluso una televisión. Ropa de cama, toallas y atención diaria. Los utensilios del lavabo y la ducha estaban bien y todo estaba nuevo o cambiado día a día. Nos tocó una habitación de las nuevas, sé que hay de las viejas pero no tengo información para comparar. En mi caso, muy recomendable.
