“10 days before arrival, the hotel cancelled the reservation. I was proposed an alternative proposal in another property of the same Group. However, it's just impossible to reach customer service of TownePlace Manhattan. No answer to emails or phone calls. And that implies you just have to find another hotel 10 days before arrival because you don't trust them anymore. That's a shame. Good luck if you want to trust them.”

“Realmente una falta total de respeto.Estamos furiosos. Solo recibí un mail un día antes informándome que por razones de covid el hotel estaba cerrado. Y era que todavía no estaba terminado de construir!!!!!Venden algo que todavía no existe!!!!En ese instante mandé mensajes x todos los medios que ustedes proponen sin recibir ninguna respuesta hasta el mismo día de la reserva a las 16 horas.Todo el día esperando una respuesta que nunca llego.Nos asignaron otro hotel SIN las comodidades que habíamos contratado. Para colmo el primer cuarto que nos dieron con olor a cigarrillo que no se podía estar.Hay penalidades para cuando uno cancela el último día y que pasa cuando un hotel te cancela en la puerta??”
