“Out of our 5 day stay, our room was serviced twice; the other times we had to call down for fresh towels and deal with it. Because of Lifetime Platinum status, we were upgraded to suite, which might have been nice except it faced construction, so drilling and hammering noise began at 10 am even on Sunday and went on until 6pm. We found the buffet breakfast a free-for-all with cold eggs, cold oatmeal, and large queues for the coffee machine. The only thing good about the hotel is the location. We have enjoyed other hotels in Paris so much more, we won't be staying here again.”

“I booked the view with the Eiffel Tower. From the balcony, we had the opportunity to see Tour Du France. The bathroom has a bath tub! At the centre of hotel has a nice cafe. This is well situated to all the shopping places, Westin also has a shopping experience package tie up with Galarie Lafayette! Overall the Guest relation was helpful and patient! Everyone was friendly! Highly recommended”
