“Roof top bar was nice with very nice view of city both in Day @ night , Night was specially nice . People on reception were helpful and spoke English . Good location close to Promenade and activity place . Breakfast was good . Room was nice and has a small balcony . Overall good experience.”

“This was the worst stay we have ever had.
We've booked more than 15 rooms for 3 nights
for our company trip. Together with the CEO
we came a day earlier and become our rooms:
with view on the trash cans and renovative works. we reported that to the personnel, asking to have our rooms changed and that's when the reception personnel started ignoring us, talking on the phone (and not about our rooms) with us waiting that the reception. After 6 hours of waiting We got an “update" to another "trashview rooms", this
time with Broken tap that left in my Hand and the water could not be turned off.
The air conditioning wasn't put on during our whole stay, even though we were not the only guests that complained about it.
I'm not even commenting the fact that in my room there was no glass door in the shower and I had to wait a night and 3 "engineer" visits to have a shower curtain put up.
The worst place I have ever stayed in. Even the manager was arrogant and impudent to us.
