First time staying at this hotel but had nothing but a positive experience! At first there were issue with the in room WiFi, but that was addressed with speed and efficiency by a quick call to the front desk.Room was kept clean and pleasant. Enjoyed the small but functional gym. And always had a good night’s sleep. They are following all the necessary COVID-19 protocols.A wonderful first visit and would certainly stay there again.

AVALIAÇÃO DE 2017Hilton Fashion DistrictJá me hospedei 3 vezes e melhorou!Esse típico Hilton nova-iorquino,entrega o standard da marca para as unidades estadunidense, ou seja, hotéis upscale sem luxos, nem mesmo um Executive Lounge há aqui. Inclusive existe apenas uma unidade Hilton na Grande Maçã com o serviço e mesmo assim é um lounge extremamente espartano (New York Hilton Midtown).Voltando ao Hilton Fashion District, você encontrará quartos muito pequenos, (atenção viajantes com muito bagagem), elegantemente decorados e com um bom banheiro apesar de pequeno.Mas o mais bacana é a localização, Chelsea é tudo de bom, assim como os vizinhos Village e Lower East Side, ótimos para uma desbravadora caminhada, além disso o hotel está próximo das linhas 1,2,5, A, C e E do metro, ou seja, é extremamente fácil e pratico ir do hotel parao aeroporto JFK, utilizando a linha E, o trajeto é direto sem conexões ou trocas de trem.Para minha felicidade o grande problema do hotel foi resolvido! O serviço de café da manhã gratuito para clientes Honor Diamond (acho que se estende aos clientes Gold) foi aperfeiçoado, agora o hotel oferece a possibilidade do cliente escolher entre umvoucher para ser utilizado em um café, próximo ou buffet completo no restaurante terceirizado no subsolo do hotel.*Espero que esse breve relato tenha contribuído na sua próxima escolha de hotel! **Meus relatos são baseados em experiências reais como viajante a trabalho e lazer, em mais de 200 diferentes hotéis em 4 continentes, principalmente das redes Hilton e Accor. ;)** AVALIAÇÃO DE 2016 **Quartos pequenos, funcionários docafé da manhã exigem 30% de gorjeta. Ruim para HHD☺ Chelsea é tudo de bom!☺ Perto do metro.☹ Quartos pequenos.☹ Café da manhã e restaurante terceirizado.☹ Funcionários rudes e estúpidos no café da manhã.A localização é boa, no simpático bairro de Chelsea, um dos meus preferidos depois de SoHo e Tribeca. O Hotel é facilmente acessível utilizando as linha 1 e 2 do metroatravés da estação da 28th St. com 7th Ave. Infelizmente aslinhas 1 e 2 não tem conexão direta com a linha E que serve o JFK, para que vem deste aeroporto deve obrigatoriamente trocar de estação através de um percurso a pé, ou seja, para que tem muito bagagem pode ser um problema. A menor caminhada é utilizando a linha 1 fazendo uma conexão na estação de Times Square 42 St, (5 minutos de caminhadaenfrentando algumas escadas) até 42 St Port Authoritypegando a linha E.Quanto ao Hotel em si, incomodou muito a falta de espaço do quarto, nunca havia ficado em um Hilton com quartos tão pequenos, os outros 4 hotéis da bandeira em que me hospedei em NYC: Hilton Midtown, Millenium Hilton, Hilton Times Square e Hilton Manhattan East , tem quartos muito maiores.O restaurante que também serve o café da manhã é terceirizado. Os garçons hostilizam e constrangem os clientes que pagam menos de 30% de gorjeta sendo que a “GRATUITY” é de 15% a 20%. Inclusive deixei de fazer o desjejum que tinha direito como cliente HHonors Diamond em função do comportamento dos colaboradores.Esse reporte foi baseado nas duas estadias neste estabelecimento no ano de 2015, nos apartamentos 2001 (fundos) e 1810 (frente). Espero ter contribuído para a escolha de seu próximo hotel ☺.

Hotel caro demais para a cama de casal afundar no meio e você acordar como se estivesse dormido em uma cuia. Quarto pouco iluminado mesmo com todas as luzes acesas. Funcionários não são muito simpáticos.

The first room that we got was smelling mold, after my request we changed to the second room that we had to leave the window open because the ar conditioner was smelling mold too. This is a pretty old building and the carpet is also with strange smell. One of the days during the stay we did not get the house keeping done on the room. I do not recommend this hotel because the price is too high for the service and accommodation offered. We stay here 4 night and 5 days. ----- O primeiro quarto que conseguimos estava cheirando mofo, após o meu pedido, mudamos para o segundo quarto e tivemos de deixar a janela aberta porque o ar condicionado estava cheirando mofo também. Este é um edifício bastante antigo e o tapete também tem um cheiro estranho. Um dos dias durante a estadia não foi feito o serviço de quarto. Eu não recomendo este hotel porque o preço é muito alto para o serviço e alojamento oferecido. Ficamos 4 noites e 5 dias.

Muy buena predisposición de todo el personal. Pedía agua a la noche y nos daban 2 botellas con hielo. Siempre que necesite ayuda en español, la tuve. El bar de la terraza muy agradable y con buenas vistas. En el restaurante se come muy bien. Fue una buenísima experiencia. El único punto negativo es que no tiene heladera pata poder dejar algo. Hay maqyina de café.Muy cómoda la ubicación

Muy buen hotel a precio accesible. Me tocó ir con personal reducido y la encargada, una chica venezolana, fue encantadora. Tuvimos problema con el cuarto asignado ya que no funcionaba el AC bien y de inmediato no reasigno a otro. Tiene muy buen Roof Garden para tomar algo. Llega a tener muy buen ambiente ya que va gente también de fuera del hotel, pero cierra algo temprano

Hotel is ok. I’m a diamond member. I asked for an upgrade. The person hesitated and finally gave me one. The room is very small and the view is not that great. Looking at the floor map, it looks like I got the smallest room on this floor. Service is good. Rooftop bar is great! I like the cafe.

Front desk gives misinformation about parking. Roof deck lounge requires a reservation @ $25 a person, it’s a separate entity with a reservation due though a separate site,but they don’t tell you that on the site. Cocktails were so so and over priced. Management was unreasonable due to misinformation about parking. Give you a single roll of toilet paper and only 3 towels for 3 ppl for a 2 night stay and barely enough toiletries. No maid service unless you book 3 nights. You literally have to ask for everything and anything manually. Including no trash being removed, beds being made etc etc… Stay away, much better options and very misleading about the view for the additional price. I’ve been a HH member for many years, super disappointed. Done.

Spent my entire last day bawling my eyes out. Three day visit completely ruined. Room flooded, all our things soaked and destroyed. No shoes. No help. Staff doesn’t care a single bit. Will be contacting corporate. I’m made sick by how incredibly incompetent staff has been. We have called, called, and called. No answers. We have been told management will contact us multiple times. They are STILL CHARGING US. This will have to be escalated to the next level. They DOWN graded us after destroying our possessions. Luggage, clothings, accessories. All destroyed by dirty carpet water. Overheard staff mention that the flooding happens SEVERAL times. I’m emotionally devastated by what they put us through.

Here's what we observed and learned from our recent two night stay: Front desk staff can be really friendly or really rude (we were greeted by one man who appeared annoyed while he checked us in), but overall staff members who work here are friendly and helpful, especially the ones who help you with the elevator. Parking is $30 for 24 hours (starts when you enter the parking lot) with the hotel voucher, and you have to walk about a block. The housekeeping staff were very considerate and provided everything we needed, plus extra, like shampoo and towels. Location is convenient, but room is small and somewhat smelly (like old laundry). It was cool that you can open the window a little bit. Surprisingly, it was pretty quiet at night, so we were able to get a good night sleep. And the rooftop bar... it isn't as fancy as we thought - you don't get much view. And we were almost ripped off because we just wanted to look around the bar and leave right away (which the staff said is okay to do), but as we were leaving, we realized that someone had tried to make a reservation using our name and hotel room number. We almost got scammed! This was definitely not appreciated. Overall pleased with our experienced.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero da igual con estas camas enormes y cómodas.Bien ubicado y un buena calidad por el precio.

El hotel esta buen ubicado, sin embargo no tiene buena atención al huésped. Las habitaciones tienen maquina para cafe pero no te dan una botella con agua, no hay donde conseguirla, ni el bar vende agua. Esperaba mas de una línea tan conocida.

Great experience from check in to check out! The room was a good size for NYC and very comfortable. Location was really central and convenient. I wish we had known to make reservations at the rooftop bar ahead of time, but we were still able to go up and check it out. Would definitely stay again!

It was fine, I was going to give it 4, but 3 because for most of the trip there was only 1 working elevator. Note, the rooftop bar requires reservations only. No frills, fine place to come back and sleep while visiting NYC

Follow up on my 1 star review: I am happy to report that after contacting the management of the hotel. Matthew Washington, Manager on Duty, reached out to me and we arrived at what I would call a fair settlement. As I said to Mr. Washington, while I appreciate his concerns and his offer, the fact is that what happened to me should not have happened in the first place. That being said, at this point, I am satisfied.

Un hotel con buena ubicación, pero se encuentra en remodelacion y tiene cerrado el bar y el restaurante,y algunas otras áreas,sus habitaciones son muy pequeñas y están pidiendo un cambio urgente ( renovación) para el desayuno tienen un sistemas de tiket que te entregan de 12.50 para ir a una cafeteria en la esquina del hotel ... si quede algo desercionado al compararlo con otro hilton.

Pésimo trato con nosotros,menudo lío organizaron a la hora de cobrar las habitaciones...perdimos mucho tiempo con esto,cómo si no estuvieran acostumbrados a recibir turismo español...vergonzoso q luego nos cobrarán una habitación de más y al cambio de dólares a euros perdiéramos 80€ .. gracias a Booking lo recuperamos,porque en el Hilton fueron unos impresentables....jamás volveré a ese hotel...parece mentira que se trate de un Hilton
