“Windows cannot be opened, so absolutely no fresh air. Aircondition was not working...hotel staff officially stating it was turned off, so that the room was far too warm for a good sleep. "Superior family room" means: a standard double room in which the couch is converted into a third bed... so no space to move or to store luggage and clothes. The breakfast room is FAR too small and we needed to queue in the morning. Covid19-protection is impossible, especially as nobody wears masks at all anymore. The breakfast itself is very passionless and inferior to the breakfast in other hotels in Paris. Scrambled eggs are instant, as many other stuff on the buffet.
Positive: The hotel is very close to the Metro M1 and you can reach every location in the inner city of Paris very easily.
Overall: We would NOT go to this hotel anymore and would never recommend it to anybody.”

“Located at the edge of the La Défense business district with Underground connectivity to the city centre. Very basic business hotel with little appeal. Rooms (1st floor) clearly need some make over. Not meeting the standards I would expect from this hotel brand.”
