“Excellent service and great selections of food/shops in Mall of America. The hotel is a bit small in size compared to other Marriott hotels. The only thing is that the executive lounge is not open (probably due to Covid).”

“Uau, que serviço ao cliente de primeira qualidade. Recentemente, recebi um cartão de presente para este hotel e o restaurante associado, Cedar and Stone. Minha esposa e eu reservamos um quarto para ontem à noite, enquanto meus pais observavam nossas 2 meninas por uma noite fora. Pouco depois do jantar, que foi fantástico, meus pais ligaram para nos dizer que nossas filhas estavam doentes. Decidimos fazer o check-out mais cedo e ir buscar nossas meninas. Não esperávamos nenhum tipo de desconto para sair mais cedo, mas a equipe da recepção foi completamente compreensiva e não nos cobrou pelo quarto!
