“Amazing staff made this the perfect stay. The amenities, location, food, accommodations were all above expectations. Very close to the marina for a nice walk, which has great food and shops. We took our 4 year old for her birthday, talked with Mario at the concierge desk, he made sure her experience wqs the best. He made sure to set up balloons, decorations, and a Disney themed cake for our arrival. You can tell he loves his job and was happy to help. He offered the suite upgrade at a reasonable price, we were happy to go for the upgrade. Beautiful views everywhere and easy access to the beach. We will be coming back to this beautiful resort.”

“If you are reading these reviews don’t be impacted by what they have to say. If you are reading reviews about people being “disappointed” it’s probably because they complain about everything and expect 1000% service. This hotel was not only great, but the staff is what makes this place worth it. They are very accommodating, caring, and will put your needs first. This hotel was very secure and the staff really knows how to make this feel like a true “vacation spot”. I 1000% recommend this spot because of how amazing it is. Some pros: you are close by to so much, food is good, great pools, awesome beach and with great reliable vendors, and very kind people overall. PS… if you’re gonna complain about the construction that is being done , I recommend not coming here. I personally don’t think it’s loud at all and the workers are respectful about space..at the end of the day they are constructing to make this place better.”
