“The location is wonderful just minutes away from Plaća de Catalunya and La Rambla street. The service is amazing. Unbelievable courtesy. The staff go above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend this hotel. And I would definitely stay here whenever I am in Barcelona.”

“I was disappointed since I came in because the bellman told us we couldn’t park in front of the building to get our luggage down because there was a bus coming anytime soon and made our check in miserable because we didn’t felt welcomed. After that, they changed my room for one without a view like I had requested and paid for on my reservation because she asked if we wanted 2 beds but didn’t explain I was going to miss the view. The staff communication is poor and they don’t explain anything correctly. The room was okay but there was no shower gel in the bottle and it was not filled from housekeeping while we were there. And last but not least, I have credit card charges that are not even mines and now I have to dispute them. Location is good but there are a lot of nice hotels in the area to settle for an average one.”
