“I most likely got bit by bed bugs. Every morning I had new bites on my arms and ankles.
Paper thin walls! My first evening 2 men next door were yelling all night approaching midnight. I asked to switch rooms, which the hotel allowed. Then I was woken up by LOUD CONSTRUCTION in the morning. The following 3 nights my new neighbors in my new room were also very loud. I only got 1 good night of sleep (out of the 5 I stayed there) without loud neighbors or construction noise.
I expected more from this 4* hotel. I've stayed in nicer 2 and 3 star hotels where I got good quiet sleep and no bug bites.”

“Used to stay only in Marriott hotels, but recently switched to Hyatt. This hotel was much better than any Marriott. The staff here are amazing. Always helpful, always cheerful and always happy to help. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything, including the free people mover. There is "city noise" however from traffic and planes, but definitely use the white noise machine in the room.......”
