Classic Hampton design but don't let that detour you from staying if you want. Room was very clean (thanks Eugenia) and has all the current standards like digital key. Thank you Nick (GM) for running a nice property and John in the evening answering my questions.

Mal sabia eu que o aplicativo me levou ao booking.com e alterou minha reserva para uma política de não cancelamento. Dentro de MINUTOS, entrei em contato com o booking.com e eles solicitaram a isenção da taxa de cancelamento. O hotel levou dias para responder com um grande NÃO e que eu seria cobrado o total de US $ 394 se cancelasse. Não posso dar uma boa crítica para um lugar sem graça. Agora tenho que ficar em um lugar onde já me senti maltratada.

I booked two nights here through Priceline. I purposely made sure that I could change or cancel the reservation in case COVID changed our upcoming tournament. I decided to add a day to the reservation so I went to my Priceline app and added a day. Little did I know the app took me to booking.com and changed my reservation to a no cancellation policy. Within MINUTES I contacted booking.com and they put in a request to waive the cancellation fee. The hotel took days to respond with a big fat NO and that I would be charged the full $394 if I canceled. I cannot give a good review for a place with no grace. Now I have to stay at a place where I’ve already felt mistreated.

Everything was great other than ambient noise from I-44. Clean, good food and staff. I would stay again if in the area but would have to turn up the AC to drown out the cars at night.

Um bom lugar para ficar. Os quartos são um tanto antiquados, mas razoavelmente bem conservados, embora o tapete estivesse manchado em vários pontos. A espreguiçadeira também estava um pouco gasta. A falta de portas USB data da última vez em que os quartos foram atualizados.

An okay place to stay. The rooms are somewhat dated, but reasonably well kept, although the carpet was stained in several spots. The chaise lounge was also somewhat worn. A lack of USB ports dates the last time the rooms were upgraded.

Pessoas legais. Muito limpo. Ótima piscina, mas teria sido aquecida agradável. Ótimos quartos. Café e computador no lobby. Coisas extras no banheiro feminino apenas para mulheres. Máquina de café, geladeira, micro-ondas, televisão, secador de cabelo, armário com espelho de corpo inteiro e controle de temperatura em cada quarto. Não fumar no prédio.

Camas e travesseiros eram muito bons! Muito acima da média do hotel. O café da manhã também estava bem abastecido com opções. A única reclamação é que os banheiros não têm exaustor, por isso ficam muito úmidos.

Gente buena. Muy limpio. Bonita piscina, pero hubiera estado bien climatizada. Grandes habitaciones. Café y computadora en el lobby. Cosas extra en el baño de mujeres solo para mujeres. Cafetera, nevera, microondas, televisión, secador de pelo, armario con espejo de cuerpo entero y control de temperatura en cada habitación. Prohibido fumar en el edificio.

¡Las camas y las almohadas eran realmente agradables! Muy por encima de la media del hotel. El desayuno también estaba bien surtido con opciones. La única queja es que los baños no tienen extractor de aire, por lo que se ponen muy húmedos.

Beds and pillows were really nice! Way above hotel average. Breakfast was well stocked with options, too. Only complaint is that the bathrooms don't have an exhaust fan, so they get very steamy.

Nice people. Very clean. Nice pool, but would have been nice heated. Great rooms. Coffee and computer in lobby. Extra stuff in women's bathroom just for women. Coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, television, hair dryer, closet with full length mirror, and temperature control in each room. No smoking in building.

O café da manhã era bom, as camas eram confortáveis, mas o carpete em nosso quarto era absolutamente nojento e uma grande quantidade de cabelo estava no balde de gelo. Ao caminharmos no tapete, nossos pés imediatamente grudaram no chão e deixaram a planta dos pés muito suja. Tão nojento, eu não voltaria apenas por esse motivo. O lobby era lindo e os elevadores eram bons. Mas nós ficamos por todo o país apenas em Hampton Inns, este quarto era de longe o mais caro e o mais sujo.

Breakfast was good, beds were comfy, but the carpet in our room was absolutely disgusting and large amounts of hair was in the ice bucket. Upon walking on the carpet our feet immediately stuck to the floor and left the bottoms of our feet very dirty. So gross, I would not return just for that reason. The lobby was beautiful and the elevators were nice. But we've stayed all over the country in just Hampton Inns, this room was by far the most expensive and the most dirty.
